We require a minimum of 3 business days for processing. Please place your order at least 2 weeks before your departure.
*We are not accepting walk-in orders. Please order in advance through our website.
*Due to guidance, the JR Pass can not be sold to Japanese Passport holders through online sales. We no longer sell to Japanese Passport holders.
*Any passes issued by NTA America Inc. have "NTA USA GLA" as the place of issue. For purchases from other issuers, you will need to contact them directly regarding refunds or cancellations.
The pickup option is available only at our Los Angeles office. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 5 PM (except on national holidays)
Please note that carriers are currently experiencing recurrent delays. We are unable to refund for the carrier delay.
