Oct 27,2023 by My JR Pass Comments 0

Fukuroda Falls, one of Japan’s top three waterfalls, is 120 meters in height and 73 meters in width. Located in Ibaraki Prefecture which is part of Kanto Region.

The falls are called “Yodo Fall” which means four times fall and Saigyo Hoshi was praised when he visited the falls and said you should visit the falls all four seasons.

Spring: the frozen falls have melted little by little and enjoy the greenery and sounds of flowing water

Summer: you can see the powerful and dynamic falls in the greenery

Autumn: leaves change color and you can feel turn of the season in whole body

Winter: the falls will be frozen and it feels like time has stopped. It is breathtakingly beautiful

Which seasons would you like to visit there?
